This is looks like another version of the mop but with wavy hair. This one appears a little more rough, or dirty if you will.

I have no idea what this men's hair style is but he's rockin' it. I bet this is a hair cut that would bounce around in your face and get really annoying. Not my favorite.

Good ol' Ashton Kutcher. He's the one that popularized the short mop. It could be argued that his mop is more effective than the traditional because it has the same effect, yet he still retains his vision.
